biased, on purpose
design for everyone.
Because good design should feel good.
We didn’t call it Biased by accident.
We’re biased towards small businesses. Towards designers who are just starting out. Towards doing things in a way that actually makes sense for people.
Biased Design was built out of frustration. Frustration with how expensive, intimidating, and closed-off the design industry can be, especially for those who are just getting started or don’t have a massive budget. We saw too many good ideas die on a desktop. Too many talented designers doing free work “for exposure.”
So we decided to make our own rules.
collaborative
We work with our clients not for them.
transparent
We’re small, flexible, and always honest.
budget-aware
No fixed packages or surprise quotes.
human
We guide and support small designers.
why we exist
making design more accessible… for everyone
what we believe
Design should be for everyone. Not just people with big wallets or agency contacts.
That’s why we work differently: the client sets the budget, and designers just starting out get real paid experience through our projects.
what you can expect
We’re small, flexible, and honest. You won’t get a corporate team in suits. You’ll get creatives who listen, adapt, and work hard to make something beautiful with what you give us.
why we’re doing this
Because good design should feel good, not like a gate you can’t get through.
Because the creative industry doesn’t have to be exclusive to be excellent.
Because if no one’s opening doors… we might as well build our own.
How we work?
real design. real budgets.
We don’t do fixed packages or surprise quotes.
You tell us what you need, and what you’ve got to spend, and we’ll tell you what’s possible, whether it’s got €150 or €1,500.
No pressure, no upselling. Here’s how it works:
You send your budget and a short description of what you need (a logo, a website, some posts, whatever).
We respond with what we can do within that budget. Sometimes it’s everything. Sometimes we simplify or scale it.
If it works for you, we go ahead. If not, no stress — we’ll be honest either way.
